Harry Cherrington Brook (born 22 February 1999) is an English cricketer who competes for both Yorkshire County Cricket Club and England on the international stage. He bats mostly with his right hand and bowls with his right arm at a medium tempo. In January 2022, he made his England debut abroad. He batted ten times and amassed 809 runs in his first six test matches, amassing a career average of 80.90 and a strike rate of almost 100.

History Backgrounds:

On June 26, 2016, at Headingley, Brook made his first-class debut for Yorkshire against Pakistan A while still a student. He made his County Championship debut for Yorkshire against Middlesex on June 19, 2017, at Lord’s. After Yorkshire’s second eleven scored three hundred in the space of two weeks, he made his debut. During England’s early-2017 tour to India, Brook took part in two under-19 Test matches and five under-19 LOIs against the India under-19s.

On July 5, Brook made his Twenty20 debut for Yorkshire at the 2018 t20 Blast. Northern Superchargers signed him for The Hundred 2021 competition. Harry Brook is a rising star in English cricket who has played county cricket for the Yorkshire team since 2016 and Twenty20 international cricket for the England team since January 2022.

Harry is best known for his domestic, international, and IPL cricket as well as his BBL franchise cricket. Additionally, he now plays for Sunrise Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and the Hobart Hurricanes in the Big Bash League (BBL).
